Moto is a five-piece band that performs a variety of Caribbean music as well as mixing it up with R&B styles and jazz sensibilities. Very spontaneous musical magic can have you bouncing from a deep reggae groove into some Otis Redding R&B. Favorites from Reggae master Bob Marley and other Jamaican artists and Soca beats from Trinidad capture the island grooves. Peppered with inspirational traces of Afro Beat, Middle Eastern and funk rock. The band features vocals, steel pans, keyboards, guitar, bass guitar and drums. For the past 10 years the band has performed around New England appearing regularly at parties, community concerts, shorelines venues and marina events.
